St. Francis of Assisi is a traditional Anglican parish located in Gainesville, Georgia. Since our founding in 2006, our mission has been to bring an orthodox Christian witness and traditional Anglican worship to the city of Gainesville and the surrounding counties. We are members of the Anglican Catholic Church, a worldwide body with jurisdictions across North America, Great Britain, Australia, Southern Africa, South America, the Caribbean, and India.

We are Anglican in that we worship in the tradition of the Church of England, with services based on the Our services are based on the King James Bible, the 1928 Book of Common Prayer, 1940 Hymnal, and the Anglican Missal. We are Catholic in that we subscribe to the central tradition of the Christian faith--that which is been believed "everywhere, always, and by all" (St. Vincent of Lerins).
